Are Free samples worth the time?

Everyone loves free samples, right? Free is always good for the budget. If you have the time to fill out a form, then go ahead and spend that time for something free! Free samples are always a bit of fun and add excitement to the typically boring, bill laden mail! A free sample might brighten your day.

 While free samples tend to be small the savings may be greater than just the amount it would have cost you to buy the small quantity. This is because you typically have to buy a greater quantity just to find out if you like it. Free samples give you a worry free and cost free way to test out an unproven product. A lot of times the company sending you the sample will also include a coupon to use for a future purchase.

March 4th from 2-5pm at Rowlett Creek Nature Preserve in Garland

At our Take a Kid Mountain Biking events this year (March 4th - Nov 11th), kids can expect an experienced group of RBM staff members whose goal is to help your child (and hopefully you too) have fun riding their bike. We will begin with a quick bike inspection and do minor repairs, if needed. Next, we will do a brief skills clinic showing and sharing some helpful tips for riding off road. It is important to note that the trails we have chosen for these events are beginner friendly! Then we ride. After riding, we will fire up the grill for hotdogs and drinks.  We conclude the day with a prize raffle as a thank you for coming out and joining us. No RSVP required and no charge for these events. On Saturday, February 25, Vista Ridge Mall is hosting Community Fit Day to promote a healthy lifestyle and offer shoppers a convenient way to learn about health and wellness by bringing together industry experts, equipment representatives, medical personnel and more in one location. All day, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., the visitors will have access to health and fitness pros and will be able to collect information, sign up for classes and ask questions one on one. Presentations during Community Fit Day at Vista Ridge Mall include presentations and exhibitions for all ages, from children to adult.
